Synopsis
*LAFP 2012 Grand Prize Winner*
*LAFP 2012 Founders Circle Grant Recipient*
Throughout history there have been many stories of legendary men and events from the old west. Most are well known, but there are a few that have fallen through the cracks of time. Legend speaks of such events that folks say are just a myth or absolute doo doo. Believers say the one responsible is a man who could not be killed, and no woman could satisfy his lustful appetite. This is the Legend of Luther Anderson.

Director's Bio:

Shreveport natives Thomas Woodruff and Noah Scruggs met Alexandria native Chris Armand, six years ago in a very odd way. Late May 2006, Scruggs and Woodruff spotted a one legged homeless man having a pushup contest against Armand. Fully intrigued, they went over and talked to Armand after his loss in the tournament, and immediately clicked as friends. They found that they had a lot in common and all shared the same sense of humor. From then on they became good friends and since all three grew up with a love and appreciation for filmmaking, they started filming their own original comedy skits together. Six years later the La Film Prize came around and gave them an opportunity to do something off the chain. Now hopefully with the little experience that they have, people can take their comedy seriously . . . . . . sort of . . . . . . . . . you know what I mean.
